VIBES Health & Fitness was created by husband and wife team Sean and Jane Turner. We are passionate about keeping fit and healthy and we try hard to take regular exercise and eat a sensible, balanced diet. However, we are fully aware that a demanding job, family, running a home and a busy social diary can all get in the way of this lifestyle.

Jane

Jane has a passion for nurturing positive change in people and has the life experience of making some changes in her own life. Jane lives life with the attitude “go for it” life is too short to waste, worrying or wishing. Jane is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Boxercise and Indoor Cycling Instructor and has certificates in Weight Management, Rehabilitation & Exercise Referral and Strength & Sports Conditioning.

 

Sean

Sean is an inspirational personal trainer with a wealth of experience in the fitness industry. He cut his teeth at the Australian Institute of Fitness inspiring others to become top class fitness trainers. He is an advanced Level 3 PT, Boxercise, Circuits and Indoor Cycling Instructor, with certificates in Weight Management, Rehabilitation & Exercise Referral and Strength & Sports Conditioning. Sean’s enthusiasm for a great workout is contagious.
