Boot Camps

For many people, mainstream gyms or even exercise classes can be a mundane and uninspiring experience. So by taking your workout outdoors and keeping exercise fun and fresh, we can offer a whole new experience through our Boot Camps.

Simply turn up and be challenged. You will be yelled at and you will feel the burn throughout a total, functional body blast.

This is health and fitness for those who want an invigorating outdoor challenge, whatever the weather.

We will provide simple equipment to enhance the experience and we will throw in a couple of surprises to keep you on your toes. All of this is possible in a professionally supervised and safe environment, with like-minded people around you.

Our aim here is to complement and enhance your overall fitness goals, keeping your body working in different ways and maintaining your enthusiasm and motivation at the highest level.

What Should I wear?

Comfortable trainers or running shoes are best with shorts or sweats. If possible try to wear a lightweight top as you will get hot and sweaty. A pair of gloves may be beneficial too for the odd bit of tyre pulling. In cooler months a body warmer or sweatshirt may be appropriate and some have gone for hats and gloves!

Other recommendations

Before taking part you need to consider the following:

  • Always consult your Doctor if you have any concerns prior to commencing an exercise program.
  • The workouts take place over a period of approximately 1 hour. Please make sure you arrive in time, in order that we can start promptly.
  • If you are new to VIBES, please let us know so that you can be properly advised prior to training.
  • Bring water to stay hydrated, before, during and after exercise. You may also wish to bring a small towel as you will get sweaty.
  • Enjoy yourself and the benefits that regular exercise can bring you.
