Circuit Training

Indoors or outdoors you can’t beat a rigorous, multi-station circuit class to get the calories burning.

We have quality gym equipment enabling the total body workout you require.

Our circuit classes have something for everyone and our clients have NEVER done the same class, two weeks running!

Circuit classes are a great way to improve your cardio fitness, but also include exercises to strengthen and tone.

A balanced circuit workout will include lifting exercises for legs, pulling exercises for the back, pushing exercises for the chest, plus core and cardio stations.

I am a beginner, will I be able to do the circuit class?

Absolutely! At each exercise station you will be able to choose a level of intensity that suits you best. Naturally, you will be stronger and fitter in certain areas and overtime we will help you to improve in your weaker areas. Circuit classes are typically 45 minutes long including a warm up, 30-35 minutes of conditioning work, a cool down and a total body stretch.

What Should I wear?

Comfortable trainers or running shoes are best with shorts or sweatpants. If possible try to wear a lightweight top as you will get hot and sweaty. For outdoor circuits, you may wish to wear warmer tops in the colder months.

Other recommendations

The following tips can make your circuit classes both invigorating and enjoyable:

  • Listen to the instructor, in order to perform the exercise safely and in a functional manner that will benefit you best.
  • Let your instructor know immediately if you have any problems.
