Healthy Chef of the YearThis time last year we set our clients a little challenge. That challenge was to discover and try at least 12 new healthy recipes during 2013.  We have put together a PDF file of a selection of the recipes shared click here.

It is easy to get stuck in a rut eating the same meals and for those clients aiming to lose weight switching to healthier options is a must if they are going to succeed.   So the idea was to inspire each other to experiment with new recipes and tastes.
