What happens?

Firstly, you will have a consultation involving a questionnaire to establish exactly what your health and fitness targets are. We want to be able to set goals for you that are: specific, measurable, adjustable, realistic, time based, exciting and recorded.

We will also conduct a fitness assessment incorporating a variety of measurements: weight, height, BMI, blood pressure, resting heart rate, girth measurements and body fat percentage. You choose the statistics you require. These measurements can also be used in the goal-setting process.

We will then provide bespoke one to one training sessions appropriate to your requirements. These sessions will involve exercise, coaching, nutritional advice and continual assessment of your achievements in relation to your overall goals.

Ultimately, we want you to adopt the habits of a healthy lifestyle which is satisfying, rewarding and permanent.

Health Consultation (refundable when a batch of personal training is booked) – £20.00

Individual Personal Training Session (1 hour session) – £45.00

8 x Personal Training Sessions (discounted) – £280.00

4 x Personal Training Sessions (discounted) – £160.00
