Rachel (on the right of this photo) turned 50 this year and she has achieved so much since her doctors advised her to take up more exercise.

Rachel has been exercising with us since March 2011.   Since then she has tried everything from Circuit Training, Boxercise, Beach Boot Camps, Indoor Cycling (Spinning), cycle rides, walks and her latest achievement standing on the top of Ben Nevis.
