VIBES New Year Message

As 2014 draws to a close, the VIBES Health & Fitness team would like to wish all of our friends a very Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year.

We would like to thank all of you for your continued support for the classes we provide. We aim to keep the format simple but effective, with the variety of classes on offer designed to cover all aspects of your fitness needs.

CIRCUIT TRAINING:- For that total body workout, hitting all of your muscle groups, cardiovascular system and core. No two circuit classes are the same week in week out, there is no pre-set format, you never know what you’re going to get!

INDOOR CYCLING:- An immense cardiovascular workout, great for weight loss in conjunction with the right nutrition. This class really improves fitness levels and is low impact on those joints.

BOXERCISE:- The ultimate stress buster after a hard day at work or with the kids. Learn a new skill and burn calories at the same time with games and combos galore.

BODY TONE:  A low impact total body workout, with more resistance based exercises and core work. Not as intense as circuit training but equally as hard work.

In addition to our classes in 2015 we will continue to run other FREE events outside our regular classes.   There will be more walks, cycle rides, ad-hoc fitness events, not to mention the social scene. We want everyone to enjoy the fabulous world of health and fitness as much as we do.

We are aware new fads will come and go and many will try to reinvent the fitness wheel in our industry through brightly coloured marketing and promises of quick fixes.

Our ethos has remained the same throughout our existence. Everyone is welcome, any age or ability, from any walk of life.    We won’t just throw you in at the deep end.

We ensure everyone new to us completes a pre activity questionnaire in order to tailor any specific needs for any existing medical conditions or injuries.   We will always provide appropriate guidance and suit workouts accordingly to every individual.

We are fully qualified personal trainers.  We pride ourselves on this.   We continue to study and gain additional knowledge and our clients wellbeing is our absolute priority.

So please feel free to bring your friends and family along in the New Year.

It is all down to you, however, and your continued support, that makes it possible for us to continue to do the job we are so passionate about.

This year we have worked right through the busy Christmas and New Year period and as such, we as instructors, require a short break. Classes will recommence in the New Year on Tuesday 20th January 2015.    We cannot wait to see you all again then.

So thanks once again, please keep spreading the VIBES word and we look forward to seeing you in the New Year.
